VM Stretching - a stretching studio with fitness and dance in the centre of Prague!

It’s no secret that we love our clients!

It is our studio’s mission to help you reach your desired results, maintain your health, stay fit and have a great time!

    We opened our first studio on the 12th of March, 2020 and right on the next day, a two - year long lockdown began.

Stretching (flexibility)
A specialized training for a stretching class is aimed at developing flexibility and improving the general health of the body. During our class, we make sure to always warm up and pump up all of the muscle groups before we move onto stretching. 
Throughout the class, the trainer explains all of the exercises thoroughly and carefully monitors that they are performed accordingly, paying attention to every client!
Our classic stretching class is suitable for any level of preparation.

For a stretching class you need: 
  • Comfortable workout clothes 
  • Cool socks and a great mood

Prof. Stretching 
We offer prof.stretching classes to the ones who want to go beyond our classic stretching class and conquer new heights!
Prof.stretching class starts with a 15 min warm up and pump up of all of the muscle groups. 
Throughout the class, the trainer explains all of the exercises in detail and with caution monitors that they are performed accordingly, paying attention to every client!

For a prof.stretching training you need: 
  • Comfortable workout clothes 
  • Cool socks and a great mood

Workout
A specially selected, dynamic set of exercises for maintaining your whole body in shape: the core, arms, back, glutes and legs. During a workout class we engage and work through all of the muscles to the maximum. 
Throughout the workout, the trainer explains all of the exercises in detail and carefully monitors that they are performed accordingly, paying attention to every client!
At our workout training, no one has a choice but to push through every exercise and do the utmost!

For a workout class you need:

TRX Workout

Pilates
An excellent alternative for people with health limitations or contraindications, as well as those suffering from musculoskeletal issues, especially related to the spine.

Pilates training includes various exercise modifications aimed at: strengthening the core and back muscles, improving flexibility and joint mobility, and developing a healthy, well-aligned posture.

This type of training avoids impact нагрузки on the spine (such as running and jumping). The sessions are smooth and controlled, performed at a moderate pace, with a strong focus on the muscles supporting the spine, abdominal area, and pelvic floor.

It serves as an effective prevention of herniated discs, protrusions, osteochondrosis, arthritis, muscle imbalances, and early-stage scoliosis.

Functional 3D Training
The training is based on the principle of gradual adaptation. It starts with simple exercises to help the body adjust to the load, and as fitness improves, the difficulty, intensity, and volume of training increase.

The program gradually evolves from a single exercise to 8–12 exercises combined into structured sequences with multiple sets within one session. This format allows multiple muscle groups to be engaged simultaneously, promoting endurance, preventing overtraining, and reducing fatigue.

It also enhances overall body aesthetics and improves motor skills used in everyday life. During a single session, all muscle groups are worked through in different anatomical planes.

Healthy Back (Yoga Style)
Healthy Back (Yoga Style) is a class focused on proper posture, releasing tension, and strengthening the core muscles. It helps relieve back pain, improve mobility, and harmonize both body and mind.

This class is inspired by yoga, working with gentle asanas, mindful movement, and breath. The training begins with a light warm-up, continues with targeted exercises for the spine and deep muscles, and finishes with a short relaxation or meditation.

During the session, the trainer provides individual attention to each client. The exercises are gentle and adapted for all levels, making the class suitable for beginners, pregnant women, and athletes as a recovery activity.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of yoga focused on mindful work with the body, breath, and stability. It helps build strength, improve flexibility, and supports balance and concentration.

Our Hatha yoga classes have a medium to moderately advanced intensity and emphasize correct execution of individual asanas. The practice flows at a steady pace, alternating stronger poses with relaxation and stretching. Breathwork is an essential part of the class, helping to manage the poses more effectively and deepen the overall benefits of the practice. Each session ends with a short relaxation.

During the training, the instructor gives individual attention to each client and offers different variations of exercises based on their level. The class is suitable for slightly advanced participants, but thanks to modifications, beginners can also comfortably take part.
