Olga
The founder and trainer of the studio - Olga, got into Ballroom Dancing at the age of 4. Among her accomplishments, she is a three-time champion of Siberia and has represented Czech Republic on the World stage.

Olga loves dance and quite literally can not imagine her life without it! It is with all credit to Olga, that we have a Latina course in our studio! If for a long time, you have been dreaming of trying dancing but are too shy or afraid to start - Latina classes with Olga are your salvation! Olga makes people fall in love with Latina and ignites their inner dancer!
Olga's stretching, Latina and prof. stretching classes are not only energetic, but also highly accurate with respect to movement and exercise execution. With certainty, we can claim that our Olga, in her classes, is raising professionals!

In her Latina trainings, Olga covers dance styles such as: 
Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Zouk
As well as the Latin American top five: Samba, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Paso Doble and Jive.

Anastasia
The founder and trainer of the studio - Anastasia, a candidate master of sports in ballroom dancing, has been doing choreography, gymnastics and professional ballroom dancing from a very young age.

At the age of 17, Anastasia discovered a style of training “Stretching” and for 5 years has been attending various educational trainings in Moscow and Prague, actively developing in this field. From the very childhood, Anastasia felt a very strong pull towards teaching and always loved to share her knowledge. Hence, after retiring from her professional sports career, she immediately transitioned into coaching which led to the opening of our studio!

Anastasia always dreamed of forming a big sports community where everyone would support each other , reach their goals and strive towards improvement. Anastasia loves dynamic training for joint mobility and is an expert at individual approach regarding exercise execution, taking into account your individual body characteristics to give you the best results with comfort and pleasure!

Maya
Stretching and prof.stretching trainer - Maya! Maya got into sports at an older age but out of great and conscious love. Maya believes that a flexible, functional and healthy body is a must for a joyful spirit.

Maya received her coaching license at Charles University, where she was taught core training, effective fitness, and most importantly, - how to listen to and hear your body. With her training, Maya conveys to her students the idea of our uniqueness! First and foremost, Maya teaches you how to listen to yourself through functional training, allowing you to maintain and improve the health of your body at any age.

Maya developed the Circuit Training course and now trains both women and men with great passion according to her program

Alena
Stretching, prof.stretching and dance trainer - Alena! Alena is a trainer with extensive experience. Behind her fragile, but strong shoulders, Alena has over 10 years of experience in fitness training and dance! Alena had her first dance teaching group at the age of 16!

Alena is a very attentive and even strict trainer. During her training, it is impossible to do anything but maximum when it comes to exercise execution! Regardless of how far away you feel from sport, Alena's charisma and professionalism will make you fall in love with it! Аlena loves and teaches WorkOut and Booty ABC.

One of Alena's most notable characteristics is that she isn’t familiar with tiredness! Like Alena says - she would hold classes seven times a week just to see her clients' results. When it comes to her work, she “loves it completely” and approaches every class with creativity, adding something new and interesting to her training!
You can be certain that you won’t leave Alena’s training session without achieving the desired results and glowing eyes!

A certified instructor and choreographer, Nastya began working with a dance group at the age of 16 and now has 6 years of teaching experience.

She has been professionally involved in contemporary and sports acrobatics since childhood and has won numerous awards at European and World Championships. Nastya believes that mutual communication and the desire to grow are key to achieving results.

In her training sessions, she prioritizes a comfortable atmosphere, correct technique, and an energizing experience.

Certified trainer in stretching, MFR, and functional training.

She has over 2 years of coaching experience and more than 10 years of dance practice. She is a prize winner of numerous national Ukrainian and international competitions and festivals.

She continuously develops her skills and improves her qualifications by attending seminars and training sessions with leading specialists from Expert X, Profit, and Fit Lab.

Each session will help you feel a surge of energy, improve mobility, and become stronger. With every training session, you will see how your body, posture, and inner state change.

Běta is an expressive trainer who grew up with gymnastics, acrobatics, and various dance styles. She has been involved in sports since childhood and has been working purposefully with the body and physical conditioning for over 15 years. She leads stretching, HIIT, FKT, and workout sessions, combining flexibility, strength, and dynamics, with a focus on body shaping and muscle building.

She loves an active lifestyle, running and CrossFit competitions, as challenges push her forward. In her training, she works with proper breathing and the nervous system to ensure performance is healthy and sustainable.
